RINGTIME is not your typical boxing gym though you will train like an actual boxer. Our training program consists of two or three minute rounds separated by breaks and without contact fighting. Instructions includes the use of heavy bags, gloves, mitt-work, jump ropes, shadow boxing, speed bags, hand-weights, and agility ladder. Additionally, our coaching offers core work and plyometrics. The BoxFit concept is unique because RINGTIME teaches proper stance and punching while also offering techniques for a full body workout. Our goal is to get you a boxer’s athletic body without fighting in the ring.
